Shipping policy

All shipments will go via USPS unless otherwise noted. Unless stated otherwise or instructed by the customer, all shipments will be shipped without additional insurance. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages. In the event that a shipment is lost or damaged, an insurance claim must be filed with the carrier if the shipment was insured.
