SHIPPING POLICY
We take every precaution to ensure secure and reliable order processing. Please review the following guidelines carefully:

All orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses will be canceled unless the following conditions are met:
- A seller-protected payment method, such as PayPal or Shop Pay, is used.
(If Shop Pay does not confirm Seller Protection for your order it will be canceled.)

Orders containing ECUMaster products may be subject to cancellation if shipping outside North America. (This does not apply to WHP-branded products.)

Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties on items shipped outside the United States.

Declared values on international shipments cannot be modified to reflect a lower cost.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We aim to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible while maintaining product integrity. Please review our policies below:
- Returns are not permitted for electronic components.

Unopened products may be exchanged for store credit if the following conditions are met:
- You contact us within 30 days of placing your order.
- The item is unused and in clean, original packaging.
- Any security seal (if present) is intact.
- Orders that do not meet all criteria may still be considered but may incur a restocking fee of 10–30%, assigned at our discretion.
