Questions cannot be answered without your project file and log. We will respond to your email as quickly as possible, almost always within 1 business day. Shipping Policy 

  • All orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses will be cancelled if the following conditions are not met.
    • A seller protected payment method such as PayPal or Shop Pay is used.
  • All orders that we deem to be potentially fraudulent/risky are subject to cancellation at our discretion. 
  • Expedited shipping methods do not guarantee same-day fulfillment, please call or email if the order is time sensitive. 
  • Estimated transit times may not be accurate. If you need an item fast choose a shipment method that will work for your timeline. 
  • Orders that contain ECUMaster products may be subject to cancellation if the order is shipping outside of North America. (WHP branded products are not subject to this)
  • Customers are responsible for paying customs duties on items shipped outside of the United States. 
  • Values on international shipments will not be modified to reflect a lower cost.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Unopened products may be exchanged for store credit if the following conditions are met.
    • You contact us within 30 days of placing your order.
    • The item must be unused and still in clean and original packaging. 
    • The security seal (if present) is not broken or cut.
    • Orders that do not meet all criteria may be considered but will receive a restocking fee of 10-30%.
  • Returns are not permitted for electronic components.
