Shipping Policy
- All orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses will be cancelled if the following conditions are not met.
- A seller protected payment method such as PayPal or Shop Pay is used.
- All orders that we deem to be potentially fraudulent/risky are subject to cancellation at our discretion.
- Expedited shipping methods do not guarantee same-day fulfillment, please call or email if the order is time sensitive.
- Estimated transit times may not be accurate. If you need an item fast choose a shipment method that will work for your timeline.
- Orders that contain ECUMaster products may be subject to cancellation if the order is shipping outside of North America. (WHP branded products are not subject to this)
- Customers are responsible for paying customs duties on items shipped outside of the United States.
- Values on international shipments will not be modified to reflect a lower cost.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Unopened products may be exchanged for store credit if the following conditions are met.
- You contact us within 30 days of placing your order.
- The item must be unused and still in clean and original packaging.
- The security seal (if present) is not broken or cut.
- Orders that do not meet all criteria may be considered but will receive a restocking fee of 10-30%.
- Returns are not permitted for electronic components.
